Iako je na Prijedlog zakona o radu bilo amandmana, svi su odbačeni i Federacija BiH je dobila novo zakonsko rješenje.
Zakon o radu Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine usvojen je na sjednici Doma naroda Parlamenta Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine.
Bilo je to drugo izjašnjavanje Doma naroda o istom zakonu.
Prvi put su ga zastupnici odobrili 30. srpnja prošle godine, ali je Ustavni sud Federacije BiH 17. veljače odlučio da ga treba vratiti u Dom naroda, u fazu predlaganja.
Srpanjska sjednica, odnosno njezin dio u kojem je odlučivano o zakonu, nije održan u skladu s Poslovnikom, a time ni s Ustavom Federacije BiH, odlučili su ustavni suci.
Zakon usvojen u identičnom obliku
Očitovanje Ustavnog suda Federacije BiH zatražila je ubrzo nakon srpanjske sjednice skupina od 17 zastupnika, navodeći da im tada nije ostavljeno dovoljno vremena za dostavljanje amandmana.
Zakon o radu je danas, u formi prijedloga, stavljen na dnevni red. Amandmana je bilo, ali većinom glasova su odbačeni.

“Sada ćemo, vjerovatno, morati pristupiti potpisivanju novog općeg kolektivnog ugovora, koji će imati isti sadržaj, ali s drugim datumom i preambulom o pozivanju na Zakon o radu i novi datum njegovog objavljivanja. Zakon o radu usvojen je u identičnom tekstu koji je federalna Vlada ranije utvrdila.
