SARAJEVO – Radnici privatnih poduzeća neće biti obuhvaćeni novim zakonom o uvezivanju staža, piše Večernji list BiH. Naime, prema informacijama iz Federalnog ministarstva rada i socijalne skrbi, razmatra se mogućnost analize kojom će se, prije svega, vidjeti kolika bi financijska sredstva bila potrebna za tu namjenu te će točniji podaci o broju radnika i financijskim sredstvima biti predstavljeni Vladi FBiH, koja će donijeti konačnu odluku u kojem smjeru će se ići s rješavanjem ovog pitanja.
“Radni tekst navedenog zakona je načinjen i pri izradi istog uzeta je u obzir činjenica da je Vlada FBiH dala zaduženje da se radnim tekstom navedenog zakona obuhvati uvezivanje staža radnicima većinski državnih tvrtki”, navedeno je iz ovog ministarstva. Nadalje navode kako u FBiH postoji veliki broj ljudi koji imaju ispunjene uvjete za ostvarivanje prava iz mirovinskog i invalidskog osiguranja, ali ta prava ne mogu ostvariti zbog neplaćenih doprinosa za mirovinsko i invalidsko osiguranje.
“Riječ je oko 65 tisuća ljudi, dok njih 25 tisuća, zaključno s 2015. ima ispunjene uvjete za ostvarivanje prava iz… mirovinskog i invalidskog osiguranja. U idućim godinama, broj osoba koje budu ispunjavale uvjete za ostvarenje prava će padati”, navodi resorno ministarstvo.
Nadalje ističu kako je Vlada FBiH, u prijedlogu proračuna za ovu godinu, predvidjela 52 milijuna KM za ovu svrhu, a, prema procjenama, za realizaciju cjelokupnog financiranja doprinosa u idućim godinama, na minimalnu osnovicu, potrebno je osigurati oko 453 milijuna KM. Federalno ministarstvo rada i socijalne politike, odnosno Vlada FBiH, predložit će PFBiH zakon o uvezivanju radnog staža čiji je rok za donošenje prolongiran radi uzimanja u obzir svih aspekata i osiguranja sredstava za financiranje istoga.
